DIER NOT FOR SALE AMID MAN UTD LINKS
Tottenham insist that Eric Dier is not for sale amid links with Manchester United, according to Sky Sports.
Reports on Wednesday claimed that United were willing to bid £60
million for the midfielder, but Spurs have received no offers and have
no interest in allowing him to leave.
WBA TARGET SMALLING & JONES
West Brom are targeting moves for Manchester United defenders Chris Smalling and Phil Jones, according to the Daily Mirror.
Baggies boss Tony Pulis is keen to bolster his backline this summer,
and following the arrival of Victor Lindelof at Old Trafford the England
internationals have fallen down the pecking order.
JANUZAJ SET FOR SOCIEDAD
Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj is set to join Real Sociedad after a fee of around £9.8 million was agreed, reports the Daily Telegraph .
Januzaj spent last season on loan at Sunderland and is due to have a
medical with Sociedad on Wednesday after being told he has no future at
Old Trafford by Jose Mourinho.
DIER OPEN TO MAN UTD MOVE
Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier is open to joining Manchester United,
who would double the England international’s current £70,000 a week
wages, according to The Guardian .
United have already seen one offer for Dier rejected, but are
preparing to go back in with a second bid of £50 million as Jose
Mourinho seeks a new defensive midfielder.
However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is adamant that Dier is not for
sale and has warned United against continuing their pursuit of the
23-year-old.
MAN UTD STILL SHORT ON PERISIC
Manchester United remain £9 million short of Inter's valuation of Ivan Perisic, according to The Telegraph.
The Red Devils have made the Croatian winger a top target and Ed
Woodward has not joined the club in America as he seeks to tie up a deal
which could cost close to £50m.
IBRA TO GET NEW MAN UTD DEAL
Manchester United will hand Zlatan Ibrahimovic a short-term contract
in October after being impressed by his recovery from a knee injury,
reports The Sun.
The Swedish striker was released at the end of an initial 12-month
deal at Old Trafford, but has been working on his fitness at United's
training ground under the watchful eye of the Red Devils' coaching
staff.
NEW MAN UTD DEAL FOR HERRERA
Manchester United are ready to reward Ander Herrera with a new
contract after telling Barcelona the midfielder is not for sale,
according to Sport.
Herrera was reportedly keen to explore a move to Camp Nou, but
Barcelona have abandoned their interest after learning Jose Mourinho has
no intention of letting the player go.
MARTIAL WANTED ON LOAN
Roma have approached Manchester United to enquire about taking Anthony Martial on loan next season, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, via Football Italia .
Martial was unable to nail down a regular starting spot under Jose
Mourinho last season and has been linked with a summer transfer, with
Roma showing an interest.
The France international forward recently dismissed rumours that he had asked to leave Old Trafford before the start of the new season.
INTER PREPARE €60M NAINGGOLAN BID
Inter are ready to make a move for Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan and are willing to pay as much as €60 million for him, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims.
Nerazzurri boss Luciano Spalletti praised the Belgium international
in a press conference on Sunday and it has been reported he wants to
reunite with him. Although Inter are preparing an offer, Roma are
looking to hold onto their star player, who has also been linked with
Chelsea and Manchester United, as they look to challenge Juventus next
season.
MARSEILLE KEEN ON DEMBELE
Marseille have made in-demand Celtic striker Moussa Dembele their No.1 summer transfer target, according to Sky Sports .
Dembele proved a revelation during his debut season at Celtic last
term and was wanted by Chelsea during the January transfer window.
Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool and Manchester United have also
previously shown an interest in Dembele, with Marseille likely to face
fierce competition for the Frenchman if they make a concerted move.
